  • Lamb, pork, chicken and beef. I stock all cuts of quality lamb, pork, chicken and beef, which I source as locally as I can. I stock Crown roasts, chops & cutlets, fillets & mince, along with old favourites shin & skirt of beef and oxtail.
  • Home-made sausages & Boerewors. I make my own speciality sausages, including the very popular award winning ‘Porker’ and the South African style Boerewors, which are available in the following flavours:
    Farmhouse, Piri Piri, Garlic and Cheese. I also offer a North African style gluten free Merguez
    sausage, as well as pure pork, salt and pepper gluten free sausage.
    The all-time favourite sausages are available anytime.
  • Beefburgers & kebabs. I have homemade burgers in beef, pork & chilli, lamb & mint and pork & apple flavours.
