With over 25 years’ experience in the butchery trade, from wholesale, catering and retail, I am passionate about serving quality meat and produce. I source as locally as I can, which provides an excellent range of top-quality products.
Along with a full range of beef, lamb, pork and chicken, I make my own speciality sausages, including the award-winning popular ‘Porker’ and Boerewors, made to an old traditional recipe.
The Boerewors, a South African style sausage, are available in Farmhouse, Piri Piri, Garlic and Cheese flavours. I also offer a North African style Merguez sausage, which is gluten-free, as well as a pure pork, salt and pepper gluten-free sausage.
For orders over £10, I provide a FREE delivery service within the local area, and can deliver outside the area for a small charge.
